This problem has been occurring for the last couple of weeks. My internet has been frequently cutting in and out, while this is happening the light on my Belkin Wireless N Router (F5d82326au4)
has been alternately flashing the 'internet' and 'modem' lights in orange when they should be blue (not flashing). And when this is occurring my modem lights are stuffing up, (Motorola-Got it when I signed up for the internet plan) the 'send' light is flashing and the 'online' light is not on.

So I went to internet explorer as my internet was not working and clicked "diagnose connection problem" and it said that "The DNS server is not responding".

How can I fix this issue and what is the DNS server?
