It looks like you have corrupted your windows operating sytstem in which case your only hope is to remove the hard drive and either slave it to another pc and try to retrieve your data or else obtain a usb caddy and attach it to another pc that way.

I have already indicated that if you need to retrieve the data from the hard dive you may have to either slave it to another pc or use a usb caddy type interface to retrieve the information if it is still there.
It is not likely that a reset of the system even at a critical time would cause a complete loss of data.
