I am an official beta tester and I love it. Faster than Vista and much nicer UI.

Looks like a soild platform. I like the feature of being able to run older drivers and such and still use old hardware.

I too a BETA tester and hated it - its good for people that like XP - but for me Vista was a step forward on XP and Windows 7 is a step back - Not for me
I am not a myth.
Systems:-
Q6600 @ 4.0Ghz (Gaming PC) everyday PC
AMD based WHS (Windows Home Server) used for storage and backup of PC's and media streaming
Intel based server (2003 server edition) used for MCSE qualification (I'm getting there)

I agree with Dalo, I've downloaded it and used it and got rid of it the next day. I don't like it and feel it is unneccessary.
I don't like the way you have even less control over your system, and there's not really any change that I am fond of over Vista I'm afraid.
Let's hope google's Linux plans are true and for public release ;) That will shock the world and Microsoft :)

I love it too :)
Much quicker than Vista on all the platforms I have used.
Intuitive to use, in some ways more like OS X.
Runs all the software I have thrown at it so far.
Nice easy to use interface.
Its the speed and lack of being bothered by things like UAC that make it better. Not sure about the Libraries feature yet as havn't used it too much.
There's no mail client installed, Windows Live suits some people, I use Dreamail at the moment, and there are plenty of others available.

I, too, am a Microsoft beta tester. I believe Windows 7 is everything that Vista should have been and then some.
I was initially running the 7 beta on a Gateway notebook and on a Dell Desktop Inspiron 530 Core 2 Duo.
Shortly before the RC became available on Technet Plus, I ordered the hardware for a new build. This thing flies
on an i7, it takes just 9 seconds to boot! :D For an email client, I am using Outlook. It just took a little bit of tweaking.
My biggest disappointment is with SAS, it is still incompatible with 7. Hopefully, that will soon be corrected. I have SAS
Pro on all my machines. Feeling a bit naked running Mbam free, I purchased a copy to enable real-time protection.
