I was asked to look at why someone's pc had stopped connecting to the internet, after spending some 15 Minutes checking router/modem settings as no internet connection light on the modem, I picked up the phone, no dialling tone.....

then I make a quick enquiry with the Wally, and discover he hasn't paid the Bill and is on incoming calls only :snckr:

Maybe I need to add "Have you paid the Bill" back as the first question you ask
