We're finding good network and computer inventory, to scan whole customer's
network and save on one place theie network environment.

For customer with domain there are few MS products (Active Directory
Topology Diagrammer, ....) and for non-domain customers we're using Total
Network Inventory or similar.

Can you please advice any other products which can get computer details
(hardware and software) for domain and non-domain environment.

Thnx.

You might want to take a look at Belarc Advisor or it's commercial
successor.

Though from your later comment it sounds like you are wanting to run
something against workstations with out actually having to go to each of
them and run it. I don't know if Belarc can do this or if this is
something that can be scripted via IPC (much like how you do a push
install of virus scanners).

Grant. . . .

Hm. Nice product, but I want to scan whole network from one PC, scan through
WMI or other services, and get detailed report for all discovered PC's....

There are 10 types of people, those that understand binary and those that don't.

Hm. Interesting solution for daily monitoring, but I need something
different for one-time job - get full detailed network environment inventory
and export it into Excel, CSV, ....
